Scrum Master on an internal UI project, where mapping the AS-IS process together with its users cut the workflow from 10 steps to 7. Furthermore I built an integration connecting SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere and Digital Manufacturing, and provided technical support across 20+ live corporate events.
Scrum Master on the internal UI project
I ran Scrum for an internal UI project, where I mapped the AS-IS workflow together with the people who actually used it and cut it from 10 steps to 7. Here the difference came from removing the three steps that were not earning their place, which means that the workflow got faster due to there being less of it, rather than due to any single step being polished.
Connecting the platforms
I built an integration connecting SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere and Digital Manufacturing, since these are three platforms that needed to talk to each other rather than exist as separate systems.
Live event support
I provided technical support and troubleshooting across 20+ live corporate events, which is the kind of work where cross-functional communication and reliability matter more than anything else, since there is no time to escalate when something breaks mid-event.
The SAP and Implement robot arm project
Alongside this I worked on a joint project between SAP and Implement, sorting coloured balls with a small robot arm that Implement had bought and set up on SAP Digital Manufacturing. Here I built the SAP Analytics Cloud dashboard reading the production data, helped program the robot, and helped connect the platforms so that the pieces actually talked to each other.
